Parklands, Bowburn Phase 5

A former mining village built around the ‘bow' of the ‘burn', Bowburn lies within the historic landscape of East Durham and enjoys a rural setting.  With a mix of existing and new residents this village has a real sense of community spirit and even has its own website.

Bowburn post office provides travel insurance and money, dry cleaning, personal loans, mobile top ups, occasion cards and passport photo services.
