Who We Are
Keepmoat Homes specialises in building around 1,000 high quality, attractively priced homes a year. With more than a third sold to first time buyers, we enable people to achieve their dreams by securing that vital first step on to the home-ownership ladder.
Our award winning range of homes demonstrates innovation, while a wide variety of house styles and exceptional choice of fixtures and furnishings, offered through our Contours' range, allows customers to create their ideal home.
We work in Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North East and North West, investing not just in bricks and mortar but in local people by providing job and training opportunities; and in local initiatives - to create neighbourhoods in which people choose to live.
We have grown from small, family companies founded in Yorkshire in the 1930s - becoming Keepmoat Homes in 2008. We are part of the Keepmoat Group which has an annual turnover of more than £600 million as it builds or refurbishes a home every 3 minutes - positively changing the lives of around 150,000 people a year.
Despite all this growth and change, Keepmoat Homes' values are the same as they were 75-years ago; a commitment to quality, a belief in the ability to make a difference and the desire to be the very best at what we do.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service and this is what some of them have said:-
"I was really put at ease and advised on all my options. I had an excellent level of support from a professional and knowledgeable sales person." A first time buyer at Rotherham.
"Having been used to a large Victorian home we were really keen to find a property with ample space and were surprised how much room the modern homes offer." Buyer of a five bedroom house at Suthers Court, Oldham.
"I am staggered that it costs the same to heat our new four bedroom house as it did for my previous two bedroom apartment!" A Bradford customer.
"We saw a plan of the site and got to select the plot we wanted. I have been impressed by Keepmoat Homes' properties; their construction and design." A Teesside buyer.
