Keepmoat Homes, part of Keepmoat Ltd employs over 300 people across the Midlands and North of England and we are proud of our track record for providing long-term employment along with many opportunities for career advancement.

Our development programmes include access to a bespoke Diploma in Management Studies that has integrates students employed by our supply chain partners. The first cohort of students has recently graduated from the two-year course which is in conjunction with Nottingham Business School.

People of all ages are working towards, or have already achieved, the Construction Skills Certification Scheme card appropriate to their trade, or profession. We have established Assessment Centres for On-site Assessment and Training. The entire workforce that undertakes site visits or activities, are registered on the scheme and three quarters have already achieved fully carded status.
