Sustainability
As a minimum, all our properties are built to code three standards for sustainable homes. Increasingly we're building more code four homes and at some locations we are developing homes to codes five and six - the most environmentally friendly standard currently proposed.
All our sites are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme to encourage responsible site management in relation to the environment. We are members of the Green Building Council, NEXT-GEN, and the WRAP initiative - a government drive to half the amount of waste going to landfill.
We recognise the importance of utilising products that minimise environmental impact. And favour materials with better performance ratings - as defined within the Green Guide for Residential Properties www.thegreenguide.org.uk
